As part of our Assets team, you’ll provide a high quality commercial asset management service, inspecting and coordinating remedial and planned works to unadopted infrastructure – which includes, but isn’t limited to; street lighting, highways, garage sites, shops, and other commercially let assets.

What you’ll be doing:
• Dealing with on-site issues including raising repairs, key management, abandoned vehicles, fly tipping, and blocked drains.
• Resolving land-related anomalies relating to ForHousing assets, by taking measurements and liaising with tenants and other stakeholders.
• Supporting the preparation of lease agreements and garden tenancy agreements.
• Informing tenants and private stock owners of their legal and tenancy responsibilities in relation to their land.
• Maintaining, gathering, analysing, and providing relevant data both manually and on computer systems.
What we’re looking for:
• Housing qualifications or experience would be ideal.
• Knowledge of asset management in a social housing context.
• Organisational, data collection, and contract management skills.
