About the role
As our Facilities Management Project Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting the efficient management of building projects, term contracts, and maintenance initiatives. In this position, you’ll be instrumental in handling tender processes, project oversight, and contract administration to ensure quality and compliance across our portfolio. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a hands-on approach to project and contract management and thrives in a collaborative environment.
What you will be doing:
- Manage building, mechanical, and electrical projects, liaising with various stakeholders to ensure all works are on track.
- Develop and roll out tender documents for term contracts and projects, evaluate proposals, and provide recommendations for client and management approval.
- Oversee contract execution, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and standards are met.
- Attend project and client meetings to discuss project progress, resolve issues, and provide updates.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor to support team goals.
We’re looking for someone who’s:
- Hold a Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or a related field and has hands-on experience with tender processes and project execution.
- With at least 2 years in related roles (such as quantities surveying and project management), especially in the building and construction industry.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely submission of tender and project documentation.
- Capable of working effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
