Customer Service Agent - Canterbury - £22,600 per annum - Full-time
Are you customer focused? Do you pride yourself on excellent people skills? Are you looking for a varied role where no two days are the same?

A position for a Customer Service Agent has arisen working with our team in Canterbury.
You will be highly focused and able to demonstrate great communication skills. The role requires you to have excellent written and verbal communication skills. If you are interested in learning new subjects whilst acquiring a detailed knowledge of computer systems, then this could be for you!
You will be able to manage multiple tasks at once and adapt well to change. This is essential for the role, along with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
What you'll do:
- You will be responsible for taking inbound telephone calls, responding to email enquiries, and monitoring our Live Chat facility.
- You will be dealing with a varied range of customer queries which will include Penalty Notices issued, Parking Permits, and Parking Bookings.
- You will also be responsible for processing Penalty Notice Appeals whilst providing a high attention to detail. This ensures the accuracy of the information provided which is essential to our business.
What you'll bring:
- You will be able to demonstrate communicate effectively with customers through various channels, providing professional and courteous responses whilst maintaining the highest level of service.
- As this role is a front-line service for our business, you will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service. This includes effective listening skills to build rapport with our customers and be able to respond to enquiries in a professional manner.
- Experience of working in the parking industry is desirable but by no means essential.

If successful, you will be provided with full accredited training. Working hours are 40 hours per week, working pattern is Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17:00.
