Aspire Together was established in 2021 by a passionate group of individuals with many years of experience in all aspects of disability support. We excel at providing support to people who have trouble finding a suitable service provider to meet their needs. We provide innovative solutions to address the barriers and difficulties that people with disabilities and their families experience, work on improving their quality of life through a wide range of services including in-home support, community access, social skills development, short term accommodations and Supported Independent Living. Our mission is to offer and implement a wide range of services and supports for individuals, to the highest standard, respectful of every individual's right to exercise choice and control.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Minimum Certificate III in Disability
Individual Support (Required)
Current First Aid Certificate with CPR (Required)
At least 3 months proven experience (Desired)
NDIS Worker screening or DHS Clearance
Full Australian current driver’s license
Comprehensively insured and roadworthy vehicle
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work closely with participants to empower them, foster their independence, promote community and social participation, provide timely emotional support, work with them to improve their health, mental health and quality of life in line with goals stated in their NDIS plans.
