Sets up cafeteria lines, steam tables, dining room tables, and side service stands with hot and cold food items including meats, vegetables, salads, desserts, bread, butter and beverages. Serves food cafeteria style. Breaks down and cleans area when meals are complete. Sets up dining room tables for service, places food and beverages on tables and replenishes items as necessary. Sets up and operates dishwashers, performs preventive maintenance and cleaning. Scrapes, soaks, scours and scrubs bowls, pots and pans. Also performs heave duty cleaning tasks such as ceilings, exhaust hoods, under and behind kitchen equipment, washes floors and walls, walk-in refrigerators and freezers, sanitizes garbage cans. May unload food from delivery trucks. Collects and transfers trash from work area to disposal area. Assembles and tosses fresh fruit or green salads in quantity using prepared dressings, serves into standard serving sizes. Makes cold sandwiches using prepared ingredients. Makes Coffee, tea and other beverages. Performs cashier duties such as ringing up food, beverages and merchandise by individual item; totaling sales; processing credit card sales; receiving money and making change. Also responsible for preparing cashier reports at end of shifts. Performs other related duties as assigned.

SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is to plan, organize, develop, implement, and monitor the Family Child Care Program to meet the needs of the community and ensure the health and safety of children. Assesses child care needs and child care options within the community. Provides on and off base community child care education and resource and referral services to families requiring child care.

DUTIES:

1. Ensures Family Child Care Program policies and procedures are in place and followed; recruits new providers to support the mission of the program.
2. Performs a variety of duties in support of the Family Child Care Program to include background checks, management of resources, establishment and maintenance of a resource-lending program, accomplishment of required reports, creation and maintenance of necessary documentation and files, and carrying out of public relations tasks.
3. Provides training to Family Child Care providers on business practices, supervision and accountability, child abuse, identifying, prevention, and reporting fire, safety, and health regulations, child nutrition etc.
4. Performs a wide variety of administrative duties related to Family Child Care, Expanded Child Care, Missile Care, Home Community Care, Deployment Care, Subsidy, Extended Duty Care, 24/7 Child Care, Air Force Aid Society Child Care for PCS/Volunteers, Respite Care, etc.

PRIMARY PURPOSE: To serve as Director, Chief of Staff, exercising supervisory and managerial authorities over the Chief of Staff. Represents, advocates and serves as Command and Control (C2) Systems Subject Matter Expert for the Commander on Global Air Mobility mission support at the strategic, operational and tactical levels covering a wide range of responsibilities such as advocating and integrating new C2 software applications to increase mobility air force planning, tasking, execution and assessment efficiencies, resolving complex personnel and financial issues involving military, civilian and contract personnel for the organization and HQ 18 AF and developing and advocating courses of action for global operations based on predictive analysis techniques.

DUTIES:

1. Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Chief of Staff.
2. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
3. Represents the Chief of Staff and/or 618 TACC with a variety of AF, Joint Command agencies and interested organizations.
4. Collaborates with various agency representatives from DoD, Government and non-governmental agencies to provide technical expertise related to air mobility support.
5. Manages 618 TACC resources, including annual budgets, equipment. and personnel.
