What will I be doing?
Your role will be working within our Adults domiciliary and Complex children’s care packages to provide care and support for all clients. This will be delivered in a mix of the client’s own homes and out in the community. Your role may involve:
Supporting with social outings
Following daily activity planners
Fun days out
Managing Challenging behaviour
Working with children with severe autism, ADHD or learning difficulties.
Working with Adults with both basic and complex care needs.
Hoisting and mobility support
Mental health support
Overnight stays
Medication assistance
Personal care
Lone working and double up calls
Shift Patterns
We can offer flexible working patterns to suit you and everyone will work on a 2 weekly rolling rota including evening and weekend work an example of this could look like:
Week 1- Mon, Tues, Sat, Sun
Week 2- Wed, Thurs, Fri
Other shift patterns and times can be discussed during your initial conservation.
