- Full time and part time hours.
- Shift patterns: 7:30am-3pm; 2:30pm-10:00pm, 7:30am-10pm and 8am-8pm. A minimum of one sleep-in per week and alternative weekends.

Job summary
In one of our supported living homes in Cambridgeshire, we support five adults (four women and one gentleman) to increase their independent living skills. We are looking for a new full time or part time support workers who will make a real difference to their life, to be enthusiastic about their activities and support them with various interests, such as; going on Disney cruises, sessions at the hydrotherapy pool, visiting the cinema, bowling, visits to the Zoo, going out for lunch and dinner and going on holiday, whether that's abroad or caravan holidays in the UK!
Every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower them to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily life - this will include developing daily living skills, administering medication, meal planning, and encouraging with maintaining personal and intimate care. You will also provide the physical and emotional support that someone might need to achieve their goals.
Whether you have experience or not, we will help support you to reach your full potential. We want you to develop professionally as a support worker. This means that you are expected to get involved and contribute to meetings, work towards gaining qualifications about your work, attend training courses and be willing to learn new things and ways of working.

The current pay rate of £12.32 per hour will be increasing to £13.20 per hour from 1st April.
