Your primary objective is to increase the effectiveness + reliability + stability of our customer solutions in our region. You will be working with internal + external stakeholders to drive innovation + compliance in our solutions while focusing on the following key objectives:
- To lead our engineers to deliver top quality solution outcomes in key tenders across the region throughproviding them the right tools + standards.
- To design end to end solutions for countries including understanding customer requirements, runningcustomer workshops + present our customer solutions when needed.
- To upskill + upscale our engineering teams through regular communication, training + knowledge build-up.
- To support business development by bringing in new concepts + promoting new customer solutions.
- To support major go-no-go project decisions + customer engagements for our countries.
- To support continuous improvement projects in conjunction with the operations teams.
