Octal Philippines Inc. is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships with our customers, participating in problem-solving, and contributing to the overall satisfaction and loyalty of our clientele.

Responsibilities

• Making client's paper works, appointments & data entry.
• Helping client to pay bills and run errands.
• Keeping to-do list organized.  
• Ensuring all errands are properly documented.
• Listing items on eBay, Marketplace, Poshmark etc.
• Must be willing to work on a graveyard schedule. 

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Empathetic and patient attitude towards customers.
• Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment .
