We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join a well established and growing property firm in Aberdeen. In this role, you will play a crucial part in liaising with tenants, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring service level agreements are met.
Aberdeen
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
Permanent position, £24,000 - £25,000 plus car allowance
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for tenants within factoring blocks, through phone email and face to face meetings
- Coordinate maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Uphold high service level agreements and prioritise customer satisfaction
- Utilise systems knowledge to effectively manage customer inquiries and requests
- Draw on previous administration experiences to streamline processes and tasks
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
Requirements:
- Strong customer service focus with a passion for meeting and exceeding expectations
- An interest in property management
- Essential experience in customer service and complaint handling
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with tenants effectively
- Detail-oriented approach to coordinating maintenance activities and resolving issues
Please note: due to the nature of the role, needing to visit customer sites a driving license is essential for this role.
