The Job:

• Attends and administers to all after-sales services over WhatsApp, emails and incoming calls. Verifies truck status and co-ordinate with workshop in-charge to dispatch jobs to technicians and update status to customers.
• To administer internal and external administrative matters e.g. internal liaising with service admins on ops administrative matters, personnel administrative matters, etc. External: Daily status update to customers, Airfield vehicle permit application etc.
• To assist workshop in-charge to liaise with vendors on ops required items/parts and other engineering jobs
• To co-ordinate with workshop in-charge in planning of PM schedules and dispatching to customers

The person:

• GCE N or O level
• 3 years’ working experience
• MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Basic IT skills and knowledge
• Administration support to the department, assisting in document processing
• Works well under pressure
• Team player

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
• Assisting with meeting room bookings and coordinating meeting logistics
• Performing general administrative duties, including but not limit to travel and hotel management, attendance records etc
• Assisting with office management tasks, such as managing office supplies and coordinating office maintenance and equipment procurement
• Providing administrative support to various departments when needed
• Assist in organizing company activities
• Assisting with ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a plus
