About this opportunity
Here in the Embedded Finance team, we're a start-up business unit within Consumer Lending and are tasked with building out propositions that solve customers' financial needs, when and where they are.
We want to tackle problems for existing franchise customers as well as those new to franchise, using outstanding LBG capabilities in ways that are coordinated into customers' existing lifestyles. We'll be bold and innovative in our use of data and technology to put customers first, to build balanced and long-term business models, thus adding to Group capabilities overall.
We'll continually test and iterate for growth and takeaways. We seek people with a desire to learn, an ability to build thought-partnerships with a broad range of specialists across functions, and the patience and resilience to implement strategies that will evolve with changing customer, market, and regulatory contexts.
The purpose of the Integrator is to coordinate dependencies between the Lab and stakeholders external to the Lab such as other labs, platforms, Group Executive Functions and 3rd parties, this may include coordinating complex and high-risk implementations.
This role sits at Lab- or Platform-level and covers both business and technology change.
Role responsibilities:
- Develops the sequence for integration related tasks in collaboration with the PO and aligned to the Lab backlog
- Catalogues and manages dependencies between the lab and other teams
- Works with team members outside of the lab to ensure interlock to enable the lab to deliver at pace
- Identifies blockers to delivery and where possible mitigates / resolves, raising to product owner(s) / lab leadership where required
- Acts as interface between the supplier (3rd Party) and key business partners
- Handles complex and high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple parties (internal/external) to ensure safe delivery

- Strong problem solving skills - demonstrated ability to identify, analyse and solve complex issues efficiently and effectively. You'll be capable of applying logical thinking and innovative approaches to overcome challenges and deliver practical solutions.
