Your Role: Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:

• To manage the customer service function by ensuring that orders are processed through the Organization to fulfill customer orders most cost effectively, as well as maintaining our core value of ‘unbeatable customer service’.
• Processing sales confirmation from internal customer.
• Informing Marketing & Sales Department where non-standard or major product pricing query is required.
• All orders to be processed as per our contract review procedure and via through sales managers for clarification on areas of uncertainty.
• Ensures that customer-ordering queries are processed efficiently and promptly with unbeatable customer service.
• Investigates customers’ complaints by thoroughly analyzing the problem and following up with the appropriate managers or staff who may have been involved and reports back to the customer after consulting Logistic/Marketing/General Manager who authorizes corrective action if warranted.

Requirements:

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, troubleshoot, and repair vacuum and mechanical products.
• Handle full pump servicing, including installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.
• Provide onsite technical advice to customers.
• Manage projects and meet tight deadlines when required.
• Perform installation and commissioning tasks.
• Offer frontline support for field service activities, including fault finding, repairs, and scheduled maintenance as needed.
• Use SAP to log service information, create field service notifications, and track orders to completion.
• Provide clear, accurate reports to team leaders or technical support to support decision-making for resolving product issues.

Requirements

• ITE/ Diploma in Engineering
• Able to commit to OT and 24/7 Standby

Responsibility of Customer Quality Engineer:

• Analyze and apply customer quality specifications, developing and upholding internal quality benchmarks through APQP methodologies (e.g., Process Flow Diagram, Control Plan).
• Facilitate Built-in Quality workshops, ensuring collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve and monitor continuous improvements through to completion.
• Lead initiatives to resolve quality issues for new programs (such as Process of Record, Process Change Request, First Time Quality) to enhance performance.
