We are looking for a Customer Service officer to maintain highest level of customer satisfaction in the management of spare parts / tools / support service to the Customer Service Team.
Duration : Min 6 - 8 months contract
Working hours : 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Date to start : January 2025
Job Summary:
- Oracle Repair Administration: Support full repair administration flow
- Parts Allocation : Allocate parts for workshop repairs and handle order inquiries
- Inventory Control : Oversee spare parts and conditioning inventory, including analysis and
- replenishment
- Order Fulfilment : Ensure stakeholders’ spare parts and tools orders are fulfilled
- Recycling Program : Manage movement exchange and precious parts recycling
- Logistics/Shipment : Handle logistics and shipment for all stakeholders
- Quality Reporting : Report on OM quality defects and next service requirements
Requirements
- With 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Words, Excel. Knowledge in Salesforce, CEGID and Oracle will be an added advantage
- Trustworthy and ability to handle luxury items with care, accuracy & commitment
- Strong analytical mind, well-organized and an eye for detail
- Mature, independent and good initiative
- Effective communication to coordinate with stakeholders and support the CS department
- Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, work under pressure with minimum supervision
