IMMEDIATE START - Full time hours available for an experienced complex needs carer, earning £450+ per week.
You will be working within a beautiful house within the Horninglow area of Burton with ease access to major roads. Throughout your shift you will be caring for the needs of a single active and engaging resident who has a great personality.
Your duties will include:
- Following the carefully developed care plan
- Conduct personal care activities
- Engage with the service user, being a “mate” while maintaining a professional approach
- Domestic duties
- Administrating medication
- Recording observation checks
This role has become available as one of the longstanding team members is retiring so if you are an outgoing, bubbly character looking for a permanent role then this is the one for you!
To be suitable for this position you must have:
- An Enhanced DBS Certificate (Ideally registered on the update service)
- Up to date mandatory training certificates
- Full up-to-date CV
- A minimum of 3 months experience working within a hands-on care role
- A referenceable work history
- A bubbly and outgoing personality and a true passion to make the lives of those under your care as fulfilling as possible.
- Full UK driving licence

This is a temporary to permanent role for the right candidate
You will initially be working day shifts as per rota, with a pattern of 1 weekend off, 1 weekend on. After you have received full training (approx. 6 months) you will also provide night-time cover as part of your shift patterns.
Hours include:
09:00 to 20:00
09:00 to 14:00
14:00 to 20:00
You will be paid £12.50 per hour with pay further increasing after 13 weeks.
