Your new role Your new role as an Administration Assistant / Receptionist you will join a fantastic team located on the skirt of the Adelaide CBD. You will be an integral part of a busy team responsible for duties not limited to:
Greeting clients, managing the front desk, and handling mail.
Organising office files, scheduling, and preparing documents.
Responding to calls, directing them appropriately, and relaying messages.
Drafting, reviewing, and coordinating signatures for engagement letters.
Processing payments, issuing receipts, and reconciling records.
Following up on overdue payments and resolving payment issues.
Tracking job progress, updating clients, and ensuring job completion.
Conducting compliance reviews and submitting necessary documentation.
Drafting, sending, and processing ethical correspondence.
Scheduling and confirming appointments, managing the booking system.
What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you will meet the following criteria:
Previous experience in a Reception and or Administration role.
Previous experience within the professional services space.
Understanding or experience using ASIC.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to convey information clearly and effectively
Strong listening skills and attention to detail
Organised and able to meet deadlines
Efficient time management and prioritisation skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
