We are seeking Complex Care Assistants (HCAs) experienced in supporting young adults and children with autism, mental health issues, learning disabilities, and challenging behaviors to deliver exceptional care in the Warrington area.
Pay rates: £14.00 - £14.50 per hour plus holiday pay, pension, and mileage.
Requirements: Drivers with full access to their own vehicle.
Shifts: Days, supervision visits, and nights available.

Join our nurse-led complex care team in establishing a permanent group to support a complex care package in Warrington. We are in search of individuals with a compassionate disposition and a vibrant personality to become part of our regular caregiving team.
Candidates need at least 6 months of prior UK experience as a Health Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Nurse, and should exhibit qualities such as:

• Keeping calm under pressure and the ability to handle challenging situations.
