Junior Sales Support Coordinator, Greenford, London, to support the Sales team with day-to-day admin, business analysis, and systems management. This role reports to the Head of Customer Service.

The Role:
In this full-time role as Junior Sales Support Coordinator, you will manage data in and out of the business to maximise our customer facing service providing key administrative support to the Sales Team.
• Update and manage special prices for key accounts
• Administration for Commercial team
• Organise daily sample requests for key accounts
• Manage Procurement Systems
• Uploading new pricing and launched products on all procurement systems
• Prepare and adjust updated codes, pricing, and product details to ensure purchasing systems are correct
• Help resolve day to day issues
• Input purchase orders and orders direct from Account Managers
• Communicate customer forecasts to the Planning team
• Manage one-off requests – e.g. checking the delivery details of all accounts
• Collate and communicate sales volumes on NPD lines
• Support in the communication of new or delisted lines
• Support new product development launches
Junior Sales Support Coordinator key skills and experience:
Some administration and/or sales support experience would be great, but we are also keen to consider anyone at the start of their career who is hungry to get involved in a fast-paced Sales environment.

Terms
• 40 hrs/wk i.e. 9am-5.30pm Mon-Fri (start and finish times flexible) with Monday in the offices, then some time in the office and some WFH in a hybrid working model.
• Probationary period 3 months
• Annual salary review (our ‘movers and shakers’ are always rewarded)
• 10% KPI related bonus based around challenging but achievable tasks and targets related to the role
• You will need to be within an easy commute of the office (around 1hr door to door).
