We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our aged care facility, where you'll provide essential support and companionship to our residents.

The Positions:
We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Personal Care Assistants to join our team at our Coroneagh Park home in Penguin, TAS.
The successful candidates will join our dynamic and supportive care team and will provide competent personal care, support and assistance to our residents under the direction and guidance of the senior clinical team.
Key responsibilities
Provide personal care to assist residents to maintain independence and dignity with respect to activities of daily living and lifestyle.
Attend to meal delivery and refreshments as required.
Record observations on relevant assessment charts and documents any observed exceptions to the care plan in the progress notes; and reports such to the EN/RN.
Check residents daily menu requirements.
Attend to duties as allocated and or delegated by the RN/EN, including general ward duties.
Any other task not defined but within the employees skills, as directed by the organisation.
Essential:
- Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).
- Relevant Certificate III Qualification.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check. Respect will assist each successful candidate to obtain the required certification.
Desirable:
- Experience in residential aged care.
