About You


NVQ Level 3 in health and social care desirable
Be well-organised, IT literate and adept at allocating and delegating work appropriately
Proven ability to lead and supervise others
A good understanding of care planning processes
Be experienced in or happy to undertake training on administering medication

ABOUT THE SENIOR CARE ASSISTANT ROLE
Within your role as a Senior Care Assistant, you can really make a difference to our residents’ lives. Your responsibilities will include:

Helping our residents with personal support and care.
Aiding their emotional well-being and social needs
Administration and monitoring of medications to residents Supporting residents at meal times

Care Enquiry Executive - Country Court, Werrington, Peterborough PE4 6NA
Hours -35 Hours per week over 5 days Monday to Friday (Working hours either 0900-1700 or 1000-1800 on a rota basis and you will need to be able to work at least 1 Saturday per month)

About The Care Enquiry Executive
We have a fantastic opportunity for a care enquiry executive to join us. Are you an excellent listener and have good empathy? Are you friendly, have good communication skills and fantastic customer service skills?
Our Care Enquiry Executives will answer enquiries from care seekers via incoming telephone calls, emails, and social media messages. You will provide a first point of contact for people looking for a care home for a loved-one or for themselves. There are no sales involved in this role, but you will be expected to follow up with enquirers throughout their care journey. The focus will be on your ability to have conversations with people about care for a loved one in one of our care and nursing homes located throughout the UK. You will have a confident, friendly, and professional manner, informing people on care types available, answering queries, logging information in our CRM system and nurturing long-term enquiries. Most importantly, providing care seekers with an exceptional level of service at a time when they need it most.
About You:

Ideally you will have experience in a care environment or have previous experience from working in a call centre, retail, or hospitality.
Teamwork - We believe that a great team needs great people who are passionate about helping people and providing great service as one team.
Listening and communication skills are core to what we do. You will need to be able to communicate in supportive way showing empathy to care seekers who may be at crisis point.
Good PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. word, excel) together with attention to detail is essential for this role.
