About the home

At Claybourne, we provide residential dementia care for our 46 residents in purpose-built, en suite accommodation. We have a schedule of events and optional activities, helping residents to explore their interests and discover new ones.

There's music therapy, armchair exercise sessions, gardening, baking, flower arranging, arts and crafts, bingo, quizzes and church services with our dedicated chaplain. We have local entertainers and our themed events are always really popular. We also welcome small pets who bring a homely feel to the place and take regular trips out.

As a Senior Healthcare Assistant will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional person-centred care to individuals with diverse healthcare needs, requiring strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to thrive in a luxury care setting.

Qualifications

• Level 2 in Health and Social Care or above
• Prior experience as a Healthcare Assistant
