Job Description:

The Regional Service Manager is responsible for managing the maintenance and repair of up to 60 convenience stores in a designated region. This individual teams with Store Support, Operations, and multiple cross-functional departments to achieve the optimal functioning level for stores. The Service Manager ensures complete operability of every store location at all times. Up to 75% travel required. This individual is responsible for leading a team of 0-4 technicians and up to 2-3 service crew teams.

Responsibilities:

•    Manages the team of individuals responsible for the timely maintenance and repairs of our convenience store locations to ensure full operability 24/7, ultimately increasing profitability for the organization. 
•    Prioritizes and delegates work order requests to Service and Image Technicians; oversees each job is performed at a high level of skill and with optimal customer service. 
•    Establishes and maintains key business relationships with a diverse network of vendors around the region. Directly handles all vendor-related functions, including invoice audit and approvals. 
•    Provides support to cross-functional departments in various projects related to convenience stores. 
•    Leads, trains, and guides direct reports and ensures the appropriate resources are available to perform their job.
•    Assesses current Facility Services processes and programs and recommends solutions to improve operability. 
•    Maintains knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines for facility services as necessary. 
 

Qualifications:

•    Ability to assume responsibility for 24 hours/7 day operation required
•    Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college preferred 
•    4+ experience in retail or related field preferred
•    Management experience preferred

• Includes preparation and presentation of special budget management analysis and studies.

Acts as the county-wide GovMax Administrator

• Serves as the subject matter expert “SME”.
• Leads annual training prior to budget implementation.
• Oversees access and security within system.
• Manages support of the application, identifying and reporting issues to ensure swift resolution.
• Prepares, plans, and manages upgrades, installations, and upload of financial related data.

Provides information to county employees otherwise not available

• Methods of gathering information include Excel, ONESolution downloads, Crystal Reports, PowerBi, and Smartsheet.
• Researches, develops, and designs documents and/or processes for internal customers.
• Utilizes technology that often replaces tedious manual report production.
• Organizes information in a logical, easily readable manner.

Conducts performance appraisal process for assigned budget staff

• Partner with HR on employee relations.
• Develop and train staff.
• Mentor and lead staff.

Manages proactive assessments of fraud awareness, prevention, detection and risk mitigation activities in area of responsibility; oversees financial, compliance, operational and performance audits; reviews audit findings and ensures appropriate controls are established and implemented.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Public Administration, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or other related field and minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible professional experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Associate degree from an accredited college or university and six (6) years of job-related experience.
• Year-for-year experience may substitute for the college degree.
• Related professional experience or certifications may substitute for the required education.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Three years’ experience in government financial reporting structures and governmental auditing procedures highly desirable.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Advanced Excel skills, including modeling and data analytics
• Experienced with business intelligence report writing such as PowerBi and Crystal Reports
• Advanced knowledge of Smartsheet, including add-on functions
• Knowledge of principles, practices and techniques of local government funding accounting concepts including methodology and implementation requirements
• Knowledge of Florida local government budget development requirements and principles
• Ability to collect, compile, analyze and interpret data including strong quantitative analysis capability
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with a variety of groups and at all levels of the organization

Qualifications include:

As a Manager of Revenue Integrity you will:
•Serve as coding subject matter expert for Revenue Integrity
•Use critical thinking and problem-solving skillset to achieve compliant and world class coding practices.
•Oversee responses to Medicaid/Medicare and payer correspondence, audits, review and commentary processes.
•Oversee all quality measurements and audits for area of responsibility.
•Ensure coding compliance and accuracy.
•Provide coding support as needed.
•Serve as champion for continuous performance improvement efforts, for accurate and compliant charge submission.
•Lead an internal team of coders, auditors and/or coding SMEs.
•Perform all aspects of personnel management, including but not limited to: hiring, training, managing, and evaluating team performance and conducting professional development.
•Monitor and report daily/monthly productivity.
•Ensure Team Member compliance with AHC policies and procedures.
•Assist clinical departments with the deployment, and continuous performance improvement efforts, for accurate and compliant charge submission.
•Perform as AHC subject matter expertise with coding vendor regarding assignments, quality, and performance
•Coordinate coding and auditing tasks between internal AHC team members and vendors to ensure updates and completion of assignments.
•Be the administrative owner of coding dashboards, performance oversight, and data analytics
•Monitor and report on monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as appropriate; escalate concerns and barriers to Director.
•Develop, distribute, and train departmental staff and associated AHC personnel on coding trends, root cause analyses and corrective action plans to accurately code, release coding holds and correct coding errors.
•Ensure legal and regulatory coding compliance and compliance with AHC coding.
•Assist the Director in the development and maintenance of policies related to revenue integrity.

Qualifications include:
•At least five (5) years of coding experience, including DRG and/or APR-DRG, ICD-10CM, CPT/HCPCS experience is required.
•At least seven (7) years of related work experience required. Three (3) years of team lead and/or management experience are preferred.
•Strong experience with coding audits and accuracy are required.
•Experience with Federal and/or State clients is preferred.
•Managerial and supervisory experience.
•Proven ability with operational analyses, processes, and performance indicators
•Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
•Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
•Ability to work as a leader and as independent contributor.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; fluency in Cerner is desirable.
•Bachelor's degree in business, Health Care Administration or related field such as Health Information Technology or Health Information Administration program is preferred.
•Active and current AAPC or AHIMA CCS credentials required.

Your Job: The Clinical Team Leader performs direct patient care as the charge nurse and maintains a safe and therapeutic environment.   Your Job Requirements: • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing: BSN required • Completion of charge nurse training and competencies (if external hire, must complete within 90 days of hire). • Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license • Clinical Course Certifications (Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardio Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, NRP, etc.) consistent with RN requirements for specific clinical area. • Advanced Specialty Certification or agreement to obtain within 2 years (CCRN, CEN, RNC, etc.) Your Job Responsibilities: • Provides front line leadership and decision-making for departmental staff, ensuring the quality and integrity of care delivered. • Develops plan for unit staffing based on patient acuity/care needs and oversees day to day operations on the designated shift. • Monitors workflow and adjusts staffing accordingly to support fiscal goals of the unit. • Coordinates and facilitates efficient patient flow for the unit. Ensures timely and efficient pull of patients being admitted to the unit as well as timeliness of discharging patients from the unit. • Assists the manager in achieving and sustaining department and organizational objectives including but not limited to patient experience, length of stay, and unit/patient specific quality measures. • Participates in department specific initiatives and process improvement projects. • Participates in peer interviews and provide feedback for employee evaluations as requested by manager. • Assists with occurrence investigations. • Other duties as assigned.
