What We Do

• Our Customer Success team advises and guides a wide variety of customers, ensuring they launch Slack successfully, adopt it widely and continuously gain business value from our products and services. 
• We serve as the trusted point of contact for Slack’s strategic key customers across the customer lifecycle. Part coach, project manager, consultant and product specialist, our Slack Success Managers work closely with customers to discover their business needs and challenges and then mentor them on the best ways to use Slack to tackle them.

What you will be doing

• Empathize with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers’ needs first.
• Throughout the customer lifecycle, you will be responsible for accelerating adoption, maturity and growth across Slack’s largest customers whilst ensuring each customer realises business value. 
• You will work closely with our enterprise customers to understand the motivation, business drivers, strategic goals and desired business outcomes for your portfolio of customers.
• You will understand how they work, their business challenges and mentor customers on how to use Slack to communicate, collaborate and work more productively.
• Optimally prioritise your portfolio to deliver business outcomes, with an emphasis on both driving growth as well as securing retention.
• You will lead a cross-functional partnership across your named customer(s) and Slack and identify new ways our platform can differentiate them in the market.
• Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty.
• You will craft joint customer success plans that include agreed upon scope, goals, timelines, customers, success metrics and build plans to overcome barriers to customer advocacy, expansion and/or retention.
• Facilitate workshops with customers on best known practices, including sponsorship, governance, operating model, adoption, internal Champions network, platform maturity, and adoption techniques.
• Facilitate Executive Business Reviews with economic decision makers and Slack executive sponsors, where we share back value realised, celebrate shared successes, and course correct where vital.
• Contribute to the library of customer success assets (customer references, case studies) and thought leadership (methodology, point of view, white papers)

What you should have

• You are passionate about the future of work, and positively impacting the working lives of people in large organizations
• This is a demanding role that requires strong leadership, committed priority management and high emotional intelligence.
• You are an excellent teammate who has a consistent record of excelling in fast-paced environments and taking initiative!
• Relevant work experience in customer-facing customer success, account management or strategic consulting roles. SaaS experience preferred.

Ihr Profil:

Your profile:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your Tasks:

• Design Commercial Excellence and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) programs, including performance analysis, training and development of the sales teams, to drive excellence in the commercial execution across the Area
• Define Commercial Excellence programs and plans aligned with EMEAP’s vision and strategy that consider stakeholder interests, contains specific timelines and stays within budgetary guidelines through cross country collaboration, prioritization and alignment
• In collaboration with the Commercial Director, design selling strategy and targeting approach (resource allocation, sales force size, geographic deployment, promotional grid, reach & frequency, etc.)  for new product introductions and existing products ensuring alignment with ADC’s marketing strategy and portfolio positioning
• Lead Veeva CRM implementation, designing and implementing a solution that advances ADC EMEAP strategy and uplevels our sales force
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in Commercial Excellence to bring innovative initiatives, tools, and ways of working to EMEAP
• Lead the EMEAP Sales Impact Team meetings (Sales Directors’ task team): define and align  on strategic direction, priorities and programs, obtain buy-in and monitor deployment and performance of sales forces as well as commercial initiatives across EMEAP
• Liaise with cross functional and cross-region teams to identify opportunities for increasing efficiency or increasing product sales and productivity or value to customers; partner with EMEAP marketing team on sales force related marketing material or projects
• Monitor effectiveness and return on investment of strategic sales initiatives. Proactively analyzes and evaluates data, input, and proposals from a variety of sources to confirm alignment and/or determine adjustments to plans and/or tactics
• In collaboration with the sales heads, define the competency framework for the sales force and regional sales force managers to be able to assess their performance and set the criteria for recruitment in the Area
• Assess sales force preparedness. Alongside with the EMEAP training managers and country sales heads identify sales force training and development needs and drive design and implementation of modules, programs, and platforms to cover the identified gaps (skills, competency, etc.)
• In conjunction with IT, develop and roll out CRM, Sales Force Automation and Business Intelligence (KPIs) Processes and Tools to drive continued sales force effectiveness and market share gains across EMEAP
• Lead the EMEAP Commercial Excellence team, nurturing and attracting high performing talent that serves as Commercial Excellence role model team for EMEAP countries
• Definition and standardization of EMEA SFE KPIs measurements, application and monitoring across EMEA
• Assessment of sales force strategy implementation progress and sales force preparedness (incl. regular Field travel in priority countries to gain deep understanding of SFE status and requirements)

Your Qualification:

• Relevant business or life-sciences university degree; MBA preferred
• Deep commercial excellence experience and functional skills (sales experience is an advantage) in consulting or multinational healthcare company
• Innovative thinking: ability to identify improvement opportunities, challenge status quo and drive changes as required. Ability to drive strategic process and innovation excellence
• Strong analytical and business intelligence skills: ability to analyze data to translate market insight from internal and external sources into powerful insights
• Strong project or program management skills and successful experience in matrix organizations

IHRE AUFGABEN

• Sie verantworten die Erreichung der regionalen Umsatz- und Ergebnisziele für unsere Produkte der „Stomaversorgung“ und stellen langfristig den Geschäftserfolg für diesen wichtigen Geschäftsbereich sicher
• Sie antizipieren zukünftige Chancen, um ein kontinuierliches Marktanteilswachstum voran zu treiben und gestalten aktiv mit uns eine erfolgreiche Zukunft
• Sie beraten die Kunden zu allen fachlichen Fragen der „Stoma-Therapie“  und stehen mit Ihrer Indikationserfahrung Fachanwendern und Patienten zur Seite, damit diese eine bestmögliche Versorgung mit hochwertigen Produkten erfahren
• Sie führen Kundenschulungen und Veranstaltungen durch
• Sie planen effizient Besuche des bestehenden Kundenstammes, gewinnen Neukunden und stellen eine nachhaltige Kundenbindgung sicher
• Intern streben Sie nach einer zielgerichteten Zusammenarbeit durch einen koordinierten und systematischen Informationsaustausch (cross-functional, -area, -franchise, -channel, Marketing)

IHR PROFIL

• Sie sind eine hoch motivierte und engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Verkaufstalent und nachweislich seit mehreren Jahren erfolgreich im Außendienst tätig
• Einschlägige Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion oder als regionaler Gebietsleiter eines Pharma-, Medizinprodukte- oder Medizintechnikunternehmens setzen wir voraus
• Sie bringen vertiefte Marktkenntnisse im medizinischen Umfeld und/oder dem HomeCare Markt mit
• Mit den Bereichen Krankenhaus und Fachhandel sind sie vertraut und verfügen idealerweise über ein bestehendes Kundenkontaktnetzwerk
• Sie denken und handeln als „Unternehmer“ und sind damit auch bereit, ggf. neue Wege zu beschreiten
• Sie sind mit den Entwicklungen der Gesundheitspolitik sicher vertraut
• Fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse und eine hohe Ergebnisorientierung zeichnen Sie aus. Marktzahlen können Sie sicher interpretieren und daraus geeignete Maßnahmen ableiten
• Ihre Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind fließend in Wort und Schrift
• Reise- und Übernachtungsbereitschaft wird vorausgesetzt
• Sie wohnen im Verkaufsgebiet
