Main Responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate

• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to support and develop a team

What will you be doing?:

No two residents or days will be the same and although our care and housing packages are adapted to individual needs, we pride ourselves on offering person centered care.

You will lead the team in the delivery of excellent tenant focused service
Deputise for the Housing and Care Manager and promote safety, security, and reassurance to customers by delivering excellent housing, care, and support services
