You will monitor the wellbeing of each resident, ensuring all staff are supported and always promoting independence and well-being by ensuring that residents’ personal, psychological, and social care needs are met.

To join us a Deputy Manager, it is essential that you have 5 years’ experience in leadership and management and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management position within the care sector. You will have sound knowledge of the Care Standards Act 2000, Key Lines of Enquiry, Safeguarding and the MCA. You will have the super-human characteristics of being efficient whilst always putting people first, showing kindness and still have energy to love life and make it meaningful for yourself and those in your care.
