Clinical Role: To undertake a range of clinically specific duties appropriate to the delivery of client care. This includes the ability to: ECG recording according to BMG protocol Phlebotomy Spirometry Assisting doctors when fitting iuds and implants Smoking cessation advice Ear syringing Some immunisations Diabetic foot checks Dressings Removal of sutures Doppler assessments Urinalysis Hypertension and Chd management according to BMG protocol INR/ warfarin management according to BMG protocol Processing and management of laboratory samples requested by GPs/nurses Sterilising, cleansing and maintenance of surgical equipment Vaccine/cold chain storage, monitoring and recording Surgical equipment and vaccine re-stocking and stock rotation clearing and re-stocking consulting rooms Preparing and maintaining environments and equipment before, during and after patient care interventions including assisting GPs during the performance of minor operations Assisting in the assessment and surveillance of patients health and well-being Undertaking specific clinical activities for named patients that have been delegated and taught specifically in relation to that individual Take part in telephone monitoring programme for vulnerable patients. Take part in any new projects that may be taken on by BMG in the future, if deemed to be suitable for the HCP role Recognise and take appropriate action when adverse measurements/observations are recorded and ensure the appropriate action is taken in a timely manner Collating information gathered from the CHD checks and ensuring prompt referrals when necessary to a practice GP or specialist nurse. Communication & Working Relationships: The post-holder will establish and maintain effective communication pathways with the following : GPs within the practice Nurse Manager Lead Nurse Clinical Practice Nurses Phlebotomists Special Working Conditions: The post-holder will have contact with body fluids ie, wound exudates; urine etc while in clinical practice. The practice operates extended hours on a rota basis and the post holder may be required to work some extended hours shifts. Customer Service Advisor

Salary - £25,110 Potential Bonus of £4,200 per year
Location - Cumbernauld
Hours - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm

This position for the Customer Sales Advisor will see you respond to calls from existing customers who want to order, manage, and request items for them and, if applicable, offer a new product that may suit their needs - Although sales is involved within this role, cold calling is NOT a part of the role.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Take inbound calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
* Make outbound calls to existing customers who haven't been picked up and dealt with in a few months - see if they need any new products
* Support customers by providing solutions - defining new products that may suit their needs - in addition to their existing orders, or sometimes they may be late for normal products, with strategies through which they can contribute to.
* Handle all customer complaints to the best of your ability
* Generate order cost advice/quotes, process orders, and send invoices to customers using the ordering system - this information is managed through an internal process, for which full training will be provided
