About the role:
The people we support enjoy lots of different activities. They like going out to enjoy themselves, which might be a a Day Centre, local pub or just to the local park where they go for a walk. The people we support have different interests and enjoy different things, which could be small or big. No two days are the same!
As a Lead Support Worker you will be making a difference to the People We Support lives, supporting them with day to day activities whilst supporting your colleagues at work. You will be working closely with the Assistant Locality Manager and Locality Manager to ensure good quality support is delivered and ensure compliance.
