Service Specialist (Automotive)
Location: Chelmsford area
Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Interaction & Service Excellence: Greet clients warmly, understand their needs, and offer expert guidance on services and solutions as a Service Specialist.
* Service Coordination & Communication: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth, efficient service processes in the role of Service Specialist.
* Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, process service paperwork, and handle transactions with precision as a Service Specialist.

JOB OVERVIEW

o To provide care in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and procedures and agreed standards under the direction of the Senior Care Assistant.
o To support and enable Service Users to maintain skills and personal interests whilst delivering person-centred care unique to each individual,
o To maintain skills at a current level, undertake such training and development as required from time-to-time to maintain and progress knowledge.

Responsibilities & Duties

o Ensure Service Users are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing.
o Support Service Users to maintain their relationships and connections with the local community, relationships with family, friends, and other people important in their life.
o Ensure care plans and other information about how to support Service Users are followed.
o Be responsible for informing the Senior Care Assistant of any changes in the needs of Service Users.
o Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support.
o Develop effective working relationships with other employees within the organisation.
o Work in cooperation with members of the multi-disciplinary teams to maximise opportunities for Service Users.
o Be a role model for other Care Assistants and be an ambassador for the service.
o Be professional, polite and reasonable at all times.
o Knowledge of, and work within, the Fundamental Standards.
o Understand the regulatory framework that governs the service, including the role of CQC and their requirements.
o Commit to achieving the relevant qualifications commensurate with the role.
o Attend statutory training and any other training as directed by management.
o Understand and follow all policies and procedures relevant to the role.
o Be open to learning opportunities.
