We have an opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Brain Injury Support Worker to join our team in Coventry, West Midlands starting in January 2025. Please note this role is a maternity cover. Our client is in his forties and we are looking for a support worker to assist him with appointments as well as supporting with the care that is required. Our client has physical limitations as well as memory processing & confidence issues. Due to the responsibilities required, we are only able to consider applicants who hold a full UK Drivers License. Pay Rate: £15 per hour Working Hours: Monday – Friday 10am – 2pm Key Responsibilities: Engaging with personalised routines. Completing daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility. Administering medication and monitoring health conditions. Providing emotional support and companionship. Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients’ conditions. Collaborating with a range of healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Field Support Supervisor to join us in leading our supported living service in Hindhead, Guildford and Camberley. Our Field Support Supervisors will be responsible for managing a team of colleagues with the purpose of helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives. You could be developing and implementing person centred support plans, conducting care needs assessments, inducting new colleagues, completing supervisions/appraisals, completing medication competencies and medication audits, attending mutli-disciplinary meetings, completing reports and generally assisting the Branch Manager in the day-to-day management of our services. You’ll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our Field Support Supervisors regularly visit their services and spend time with the people we support.

You will also take part in the on-call rota (although this may be subject to change depending on the needs of the service).

We’re interested in our Field Support Supervisors having both the right experience and the right values. Children's AHP Therapy Admin Team

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our admin team supporting our Children's AHP Therapy Services, based at Wayside House.

The post holder will play an important role within the wider Admin Team to provide efficient and comprehensive administrative support for the service. You will work within a skilled mixed Admin Team in the building to support admin and clinical services and duties will include telephone bookings and queries , scanning , uploading to our system and sending out appointment letters. You will have excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with internal and external agencies, other staff members, parents/carers and patients.

Weare looking for a compassionate approach to supporting patient care and service improvements. You must be able to build effective working relationships, be approachable and accessible with a flexible approach to work. The essential requirements of this post are a good telephone manner, high level communication skills and attention to detail. You will have good organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. We have a full electronic patient record system which is central to our work, so accurate record keeping is critical, and you must be able to concentrate in a busy working environment.

Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service / Parts Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.

Their minimum requirements for a Service / Parts Advisor are as follows:

- Previous experience as a Service or Parts Advisor is preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of automotive parts and repairs
- Proficiency with relevant software and systems (e.g., parts management systems)
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude

As a Service / Parts Advisor with our Client you will be expected to:
