Clinical responsibilities: Gives and maintains a high standard of patient care at all times, ensuring the dignity and self-esteem of the patient is preserved. Patient contact will largely be incidental with the exception of patient requests for access to Health Records, which may be received in person. Clinical responsibilities: to include level of responsibility for: 1.1 Maintains personal contact with service users and meets their needs on an individual basis, using the process of listening, assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care.
