The North Warwickshire Community Mental Health Team is a newly formed team comprising of both The Recovery Team and The Community Mental Health & Wellbeing Team.
Community support worker - working across North Warwickshire and Rugby
18 month fixed term contract
37.5 hours per week over 5 days
National Minimum Wage for your age
Must be 18 years old or above.
Must drive and have access to own vehicle-all non driver applications will be rejected
Applicants must have Maths and English GCSE grades 9 - 4, or equivalent.

We are looking for motivated individuals who have a desire or interest to undertake an apprenticeship, in community setting within our Trust in Coventry.
You will need to be committed to completing your apprenticeship with us and most importantly be willing to learn.
We will provide you with training and ongoing support to enable you to work on the wards, clinics and within the community.
We expect that you can demonstrate good customer service and interpersonal skills to include compassion, understanding and empathy.
The roles are for a fixed term of 18 months and include support for you to study for an apprenticeship in health care Level 3 however, once you have completed the Care Certificate standards, attained a good standard of work in your qualification and your manager is happy with your progress you have an opportunity to move into a Band 3 role whilst you complete your qualification.
This is a community support worker role, which will require you to travel across Coventry and Warwickshire and into patients homes.
