• This is a 10 PA per working week post within the Medway locality, providing senior medical input to the community mental health service, including providing initial assessment, offering follow up reviews for patients requiring short-term input from the team and CPA Reviews for patients with long-term needs on the Enhanced CPA Pathway.
The post holder will have a joint caseload with other clinicians in the team. They will be expected to work with other clinicians in keeping with the trust Lone Working Policy.

The role of the Nursing Associate is to work with the multi professional team and the
Registered Nurse contributing to the ongoing assessment, providing, and monitoring care in
