Roles:

• Attending customers’ enquiry to meet customer satisfaction.
• Assist in system implementation, enhancement to system/work processes to improve the operation efficiency of the department.

Responsibilities:

• Received enquiry from customer. Check with Shipper and Liner on the charges, prepare quotation and email to customer;
• Open job in Smart Freight System after customer confirmed the quotation;
• Coordinate and check rate with Liner / Owner or Agent;
• Booking of Canvas and plan Vessel for Barge & Conventional;
• Update tonnage to the ship owner;
• Update shipping schedule with other liner and do booking to the liner once customer confirmed the booking date and prepare booking confirmation;
• Follow up with shipper on the Invoice, Delivery Order and Packing List;
• Check cargo and D/O with Jetty or Warehouse;
• To arrange transport with Transporter for delivery;
• Coordinate and assist on the Insurance and Fumigation on behalf of customers;
• Responsible to inform customers on the Estimate Time Arrival (ETA) and Estimate Time Departure (ETD);
• Update and follow up shipment with destination agent and customer for shipment (Port to Door);
• Follow up the door shipment on behalf of customer until reach the destination;
• Prepare Monthly Objective Report and submit to Assistant Manager for checking;
• Perform any other jobs as assign by superior / management when required from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM or Diploma in related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working customer service/documentations/operations experiences in forwarding/shipping environment;
• Multitasking with effective communications and time management skills;
• Excellent reporting skills;
• Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.

Your new role:

The role of support worker will consist of supporting with the delivery of care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will be involved in the everyday routines of the patients, ensuring the psychological needs of each individual are met. This will include taking the patients out into the community to complete activities, allowing you to build strong relationships and self-esteem. They operate on a flexible rota, with scope to do both short and long days. However, flexibility is essential to deliver services over the full range of hours. This includes days, nights, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins.

What you will need to succeed:

To be a successful support worker in this role, previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour is preferred but not essential. You must also be committed to under-taking all pre-employment training. It is important that you work effectively within the team to provide the best service we can to the people we support. Typical Crown Technician Tasks and Duties?

• Conduct customer-focused scheduled and ‘breakdown’ services.
• Assist in the preparation of field-based quotes for customers through the completion of jobs.
• Record notes and file service records appropriately – be a part of the service team and provide high level customer service to help our customers’ solve their material handling needs.

The Advanced Medical Support Assistant must possess a thorough working knowledge of clinic processes and services to function in and interact with various clinics throughout the hospital. About the role

As a Senior Care Assistant at MHA you will lead and inspire a team of committed care assistants to provide the highest quality of care to our residents enabling them to live later life well. Duties will be varied and include supporting our residents with personal care needs and helping them to take part in a wide range of activities that support their health and wellbeing. In addition, you will administer medication and maintain clear and accurate records.
