The post holder will be part of a team delivering the service as per the agreed service protocol. This will include pre spirometry history/clinical assessment, spirometry +/- FeNO testing and post spirometry interpretation and reporting. The nurse/pharmacist will ensure patients receive optimal care and will determine what action is needed in accordance with the test result. There will be opportunities for case discussion plus trouble shooting with consultant support. The aim is to help identify undiagnosed cases, provide more accurate diagnosis for those with cardiorespiratory disease as well as optimising the clinical care and prescribing of patients with COPD, asthma and other diagnoses. We will work alongside the successful candidate to ensure they are sufficiently inducted and trained; there will be regular constructive supervision in place. It is important to us that you feel safe and supported in the role. The successful post holder will ideally be ARTP certified, however training can also be offered. To be successful, you will need to be registered with the NMC/GPhc and ideally have previous experience of working as a practice nurse/pharmacist in Primary Care

Community Psychiatric Nurse - £250 Bonus

Opportunity for Community Psychiatric Nurse to work within a Community Mental Health Team, Based in West Midlands

The team sits within the Community Mental Health Team with the role predominately managing a caseload of diverse service users, delivering a range of clinical skills and building a therapeutic and recovery-based relationship. You will be taking on the role for clients and provide leadership to support others and ensuring that full assessment of individual care needs are undertaken. There care must be planned, implemented and reviewed on a regular basis. As part of this role you will be acting as a role model and promote effective teamwork across the service to meet individual client needs. You must be able to ensure that the CPA and Mental Health Act is adhered to at all times, and to work within the boundaries set out by the Trust' Policies and Procedures. It is essential that candidates have a valid NMC Pin.

This role is to commence ASAP and will be full time working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

The Rate for this role is: £26 Per Hour

Opportunity available for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to work within Bristol

The team sits within the Community Team with the role predominately undertaking the full range of activities required to deliver ongoing comprehensive mental health assessment for service users with severe and enduring mental health needs living in the community and in a range of settings. You will be responsible for developing delivering and reviewing comprehensive and complex treatment programmes using appropriate frameworks in line with evidence-based practice, including strategies to manage risk for service users with complex needs and carers, bringing in other resources as required. As part of this role you will act as care coordinator for service users with the most complex needs, also providing defined interventions to individuals on other workers caseloads. You will plan, deliver and evaluate defined, specialist therapeutic interventions as indicated in the assessment process ,in line with personal recovery plans, including to service users who maybe on other caseloads
