Support Worker - £14.52ph - Melton Constable - Norfolk
A Full UK/EU driving licence and access to a car is essential for this role.

We are recruiting for amazing Support Workers in Melton Constable. Whether you have experience or not, we will help support you to reach your full potential by providing you with all the necessary training, guidance and support you need to complete your care certificate and further qualifications.
The role will involve:
You will support 1 gentleman and share responsibilities and duties with another colleague; you will be working in pairs. Our gentleman requires support 24hrs a day. He suffers from epilepsy and may show behaviours of distress at times. We will offer full and thorough training on behavioural support and all other aspects of the role. He is looking for staff that will be understanding of his condition, patient and resilient. The person we support likes to go out but trips are being planned in advance and depend on his behaviour. You will be supporting this gentleman with meal preparation, various appointments, personal care and outings.
Shift patterns:
Mostly long days starting at 9:30 am leading into a sleep ins. There is a possibility of split shifts. Full and Part time positions available!
