• Collaborates with Portfolio Management and Customer Engagement teams to assess their specific data needs and develop tailored analytics solutions that support strategic objectives. Works with these teams to improve data-driven decision-making, ensuring that data analytics tools meet evolving operational requirements. Facilitates collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into technical specifications. 

• Collaborates with other subject matter experts or stakeholders to select the relevant sources of information, as needed, to perform job duties and makes strategic recommendations on data collection, integration, and retention requirements incorporating business requirements and knowledge of best practices. Provides strategic and technical guidance and hands-on support in the transfer of any required data needed for ad-hoc and ongoing analyses.

The selectee will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the Office of Technical Development and Applied Research, Technical Security Division. Typical work assignments include:

• Monitoring and reviewing obligations, expenditures, reimbursable orders, requests for allotments, and other special requests through examinations of financial records.
• Serving as a liaison and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to identify and correct financial discrepancies in billing.
• Analyzing trends and other relevant factors in order to forecast long-term funding and procurement needs of assigned programs.
• Presenting recommendations for program funding requirements, funding adjustments, and spending plans to senior-level stakeholders.

• Provides strategic leadership in developing and executing national strategies that optimize the utilization, performance, and value of GSA’s real property portfolio. This includes making informed investment, operational, and divestment decisions to enhance portfolio efficiency and effectiveness.
• Responsible for the strategic planning of and investment in GSA’s portfolio of owned and leased assets. Develops policies, processes and procedures to comply with legislative and regulatory requirements that apply across the entire PBS inventory. Ensures that policies, processes and procedures are successfully implemented and administered by national and regional staff. Ensures funding needs identified in capital programs are appropriately documented and supported for the successful defense of capital programs.
• Leads the review, development, and prioritization of projects within GSA’s annual Capital Investment and Leasing Program (CILP), ensuring that resources are allocated to projects that deliver the highest return on investment and strategic value aligns capital resources from the appropriate budget activities with the projects in PBS’s regions.
• Assesses and improves program effectiveness and/or complex management processes, projects and systems. Issues studied impact the entire region, headquarters and oftentimes the nation, in incumbent's analysis of and implementation of innovations in business matters, ensuring that PBS/GSA continues to develop and employ best in industry practices. Using technical leadership, outstanding creativity and exceptional judgment develops, defines and modifies research and/or programmatic objectives, devising innovative ways to solve problems of major importance to the agency.
• Develops and implements long-range work plans and schedules, or methods, procedures, etc. for the accomplishment of approved policies, goals, and objectives, and provides advice, counsel, or instruction to individual employees on both work and administrative matters. The CRH Mobile Deployment Team (MDT) provides care through on-site patient care and is a Mission Act 402 requirement. In-person deployments of clinical staff for short-term assignments (typically 3-6 months) will be at the VISN CRH Associate Director of Primary Care discretion. They will depend upon clinical needs and available resources.

The NP is a licensed independent practitioner with advanced education and national certification (Primary Care) who provides evidence-based care for a population of patients.

Major duties and responsibilities of the position (but not limited to):

• Independently manages a panel of patients with acute and chronic health conditions with an emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention using evidence-based practice

The VISN Clinical Resource Hub (CRH) Primary Care Physician position is a VISN based position located in VISN 20. This Primary Care Physician position is under the general supervision of the VISN CRH Associate Director of Primary Care. A Clinical Resource Hub (CRH) is a clinical and administrative staff repository that serves Veterans Affairs facilities within a Veterans Integrated System Network (VISN). Staff within the CRH are expected to provide interprofessional services to VISN facilities underserved or experiencing gaps in clinicians due to the inability to match provider supply with demand. Services provided by CRH staff in this position are conducted in-person.

• Performs administrative services in the following areas: security and pre-employment suitability, Homeland Security Presidential Directive (HSPD) requirements, and Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card access controls.
• Makes preliminary pre-employment or eligibility determinations on applicants for positions for which applying. Reviews arrest reports and disposition of cases.
• Performs such tasks as evaluating the sensitivity determination for each position, as described by management based on need-to-know principles.
• Maintains a data base that accurately reflects timely submission of forms, to include fingerprints, reports, and satisfactory Electronic Questionnaire for Investigations Processing (e-QIP) submission.
