Service Care Solutions are working alongside a local authority in Solihull, for an Insurance Officer to join their team. Please find a description of the role below
Location: Solihull.
Hours: 37 per week.
Salary: £14.65-£15.10 per hour (umbrella/ltd)
Contract: 12 months on going.
Requirements:
- UK experience is essential.
- This is a junior role. Looking for someone computer literate who can confidently work with spreadsheets.
- Ideally would like a candidate who has some insurance experience.
- Good customer facing skills.
- Hybrid: 2 days in the office (Thursdays for team meetings and Fridays)
- Officer is required to help support professional insurance advise to departments.
- Desirable to have knowledge of insurance policies, terms and conditions, claims process, claims settlement negotiations and local authority risk insurances.
