The Opportunity (Overview of the role)

The KLASS IT Support Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and providing excellent customer service to users within the organization. They act as a bridge between technical IT solutions and non-technical users, helping to resolve issues and improve overall productivity.

Technical Support: 

• Provide Level 0-1 technical support to staff and students according to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, internet connectivity, and educational software.
• Document support interactions and solutions for future reference.
• Escalate Level 2-3 support issues to the IT Manager or designated team member for further resolution.

User Support and Training:

• Assist staff and students with basic technology use and provide training on new software and applications.
• Develop and maintain user guides and documentation for commonly used technology tools.
• Answer user inquiries regarding technical issues and school technology policies.

Hardware and Software Management:

• Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of school devices.
• Manage software licenses and ensure software compliance within the school.
• Participate in inventory control of IT equipment and accessories.

Classroom Technology Support:

• Set up and troubleshoot classroom technology equipment, including projectors, smart boards, and sound systems.

Qualifications and Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated & detail-orientated Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our lab and diagnostic equipment runs smoothly and efficiently at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations, trainings and follow comprehensive testing procedures to verify equipment is operating safely and correctly.

• Attending customers’ enquiry to meet customer satisfaction.

1. OBJECTIVE

• Cooperate with sales team, business support team and technical team to perform aftermarket field service activities on Fusheng, FS Curtis & FS Elliott air compressors, Field service activities inclusive of commissioning, service, maintenance, repair, upgrade and troubleshoot.

2. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform all maintenance and service on compressed air systems for customers. Primarily Rotary Screw & Piston Compressor.

Responsible in day to day coordination function of entire Logistic Activities in order to ensure accurate and timely shipment pick-up and delivery, loading and unloading to both consignor and consignee.

Responsibilities:

• • Covers all logistics activities on an operational basis for Malaysia and Thailand.
  • Ensure logistics workload monitored well and under control.
  • Work closely with the trucking department.
  • Quick responding to customers needs or questions while executing the shipment coordination jobs.
  • Willingness and readiness to undertake additional tasks within ability to support and execution.

Requirement:

• • Familiar with export and import procedures especially Thailand and Malaysia.
  • Knowledge of computer based logistics systems.
  • Ability to communicate clearly via phone and writing.
  • Preferable Transport Executive specializing in logistics / shipping line.
  • Conversant and fluent in written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin.
  • Work based in Section 25 Shah Alam.
