We have an exciting role for a Learning & Development Coordinator within our Learning & Development team here at our Head Office. The role: To support all elements of Learning and Development to ensure colleagues can receive fulfilling careers



Key Responsibilities:


Managing the apprentices in the business with support from our suppliers.
Support implementation of any Learning & Development driven projects
Coordination of Training needs analysis / surveys and other data driven activity to help drive strategy
Help with co-ordination of events
Supporting the booking of courses
Support development learning content and document creation
Creating documents & keeping the Intranet up to date
Helping and supporting with all projects that come into L&D




What We're Looking For:


Experience of booking courses and events
Good analytical skills
Communication in large businesses
Car Driver
