Vacancy – Service and Training Coordinator
The Service & Training Coordinator will be required to work in a fast-paced environment. This will include working within a team ensuring all tasks are completed with accuracy and efficiency to help run the business as smoothly as possible. They will be a valuable member of the team and play a key role in delivering a high standard of customer service.
Due to the nature of the business/product the hours will change between Summer and Winter. Between the months of March – October you will work 8 hours a day between 08.00 – 17.00 (40 hours per week) and between the months October – March between 09.00 – 17.00 Monday – Thursday and 09.00 – 16.00 Friday. (34 hours per week).
Responsibilities:
• Manage administration of the sales of machines which includes processing orders on system.
• Manage the diary for the installation and training of the machines.
• Manage and arrange delivery of machines.
• Follow up and arrange annual machine services.
• Liaise with customers and sales team.
• Filing of City & Guilds paperwork
• Administrative duties such as emailing, photocopying, binding, scanning, laminating etc. and distributing as required.
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
• Attend training, workshops and meetings when requested.
Additional:
• Assist with any special assignments / projects as requested, always ensuring confidentiality.
Education and Training:
• GCSE, or equivalent, in English and Maths
• Office based experience in a busy, dynamic environment.
• Working in a team
Knowledge and Skills:
• Strong customer service skills, pleasant, helpful manner as minimum
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good level of numeracy / literacy
• Experience of dealing with multiple calls
• Strong IT skills and use of Microsoft suite of packages.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent organisation skills with experience of prioritising tasks
