What you will be doing as an EPOS Trainer:
Working from their offices on the outskirts of Bolton, you will be dealing with customer sites across the UK. Duties will include:

• Delivering training sessions either on-site or online
• Providing internal training sessions for the support team
• Carrying out training needs analysis
• Troubleshooting any issues with regards to the customers products
• Ensuring all procedures are documented and updated
• Arranging software upgrade schedules for customers
• As customers are based across the UK, the role will include the occasional travel and possibly overnight stay

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following Skills and Experience:

• Experience in an EPOS Trainer or IT Trainer role
• A background in a retail management role with strong experience using and training with EPOS systems or possibly an IT Teacher would also be considered
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Flexible to visit customer sites
• Strong general IT skills including knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL would be beneficial but isnt essential
• Full current driving license

What will you be doing as a Learning and Development Administrator?

• General office duties
• Preparation of all learning events, including classroom, e- learning activities
• Ensure training records are updated to ensure legally and regulatory compliancy is met for all employees
• Update company data on inhouse system
• Inform managers of nonattendance promptly
• Run learning completion reports for managers as agreed
• Manage the L&D inbox and respond in a timely manner to internal and external queries including signposting or escalating to relevant colleagues
• Ensuring smooth running of all learning events, including monthly induction
• Completing course register maintaining accurate learning completion records
• Support learners with queries and access issues
• Sent out electronic copies of course completion certificates
• Update course evaluation data, and record constructive feedback
• Attend and contribute to one to one, and team and other meetings

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

• Excellent office administration skills
• Able to respond in timely manner and work to deadlines
• IT savvy - able to get around Microsoft 365, word, excel and PowerPoint -
• Excellent attention to detail

• Any additional experience of HR and learning management system
