What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will bring with them an appetite to shape a positive school culture and the capacity to inspire and motivate both students and staff.
We are keen to hear from candidates who will:
• Be responsible for the progress of the pupils in their year group both in relation to academic outcomes but also their holistic development.
• Be responsible for the progress of their classes.
• Make a significant contribution to all aspects of the wider PD curriculum and enrichment provision provided by the department.
