As a Lecturer, your contributions go beyond teaching and facilitating learning. You will play a critical role in recognising and nurturing your students' potential and their lifelong learning needs.
[What you will be working on]
In addition to your teaching duties, you will have to develop curriculum and create assessments. Carry out consultancy and industry projects to help you remain relevant in the evolving industry. You will need to connect and maintain industry partnership links to provide opportunity for student industry internship and staff attachment. Teaching staff are also required to perform student development and guidance.
[What we are looking for]
You should be proficient in the related disciplines and have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in the video production industry with the following attributes:
•      Have carried out various short-form and long-form video content production, such as Corporate & Training video, Marketing video, Multi-Camera production, Event video, Social Media & Multimedia content, etc.
•      Have experience in coordinating and managing many aspects of a video production process from start to finish in the following areas: concept pitch; story development; script breakdown; setting a budget; organizing logistics; carrying out the technical production; managing deadlines and communicating with the team each step of the way.
•      Competent in the operation of current digital camera and production lighting equipment.
•      Studio Production knowledge is an advantage
•      Proficient in photo and video editing apps and tools.
•      Location audio recording knowledge is an advantage
•      Good verbal communication and writing skills in the English Language
•      Office Software capabilities (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•      Past teaching experience is an advantage.
