Roles & Responsibilities
· Full spectrum of recruitment and selection process
· Maintains management guidelines by preparing updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures
· Has a service excellence mindset and is passionate about addressing organisational and employees' needs and issues.
· Manage all the HR matters relating to business including foreigner worker permit application
· Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation & administration of employee benefits
· In-charge of employee’s attendance, claim and monthly allowances, time in & time out records, leave and medical records
· Ensure all the matters are comply with government regulations
· Any adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
· At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
· Preferably Executive and/or Manager specialized in Human Resources
