The ideal Recruitment Consultant would be:
• Career focused and have proven recruitment or sales experience
• An experienced recruiter (open to any sector) or sales specialist
• Successful at working to and exceeding sales targets
• Resilient, self-motivated, proactive and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate professionally with decision makers at all levels of seniority
• Commercially astute, with the ability to identify opportunities within the marketplace
• Able to drive and have access to their own vehicle
