Windsor Forest College Group is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join the BCA team on a term-time basis.
Learning Support Assistant
Working with our Schools Provision you will be working with students referred from local schools with a range of SEN requirements. This can be on a 1:1 basis or in small groups or supporting a full class. This term time basis role will see you working for 38 weeks per year.
Please note there are multiple roles available over different days and hours
It will be your responsibility to enable students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) to access the curriculum as fully as possible. To achieve this, you will assist in the deliverance of a planned programme of learning support. This will allow them to participate in all aspects of college life. Allowing them to work towards their desired outcomes, achieving their learning goals and potential.
