We have 6 Neighbourhood bases, which cover the North, Central North, South, Central South, East and West areas of Bolton, and you will be based in one of these with your team. Main purpose of the position: To deliver high-quality, innovative, research informed, engaging instruction in biosciences to medical students in Years 1 and 2 of the MBChB programme, using the Leicester Medical School curriculum to meet the standards set by the General Medical Council and Quality Assurance Agency. To contribute to the development and implementation of the bioscience curriculum (including but not limited to physiology, pharmacology, biochemistry, microbiology, molecular biology, genetics, immunology) and participate in academic advising and mentorship of students and other colleagues. Additionally, the role holder will be expected to hold a secondary responsibility and lead in a key area of the MBChB programme.

Our client are looking for experience Telesales candidates to join their dynamic Telesales team in Bolton. This role will involve a large amount of cold calling. A willingness to persevere, and a thick skin are required. If you have experience in sales or business services, especially in postal, package, or direct marketing services, you're the ideal candidate for this Telesales Executive role. Our client are looking for individuals with a proven track record in telephone lead generation and selling, coupled with a knack for effective communication.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, along with a methodical approach to electronic record-keeping is crucial.



This Telesales Executive role aims to provide the sales teams with qualified appointments within the communicated thresholds and against the communicated criteria, in addition to the provision of the qualified appointments.

Your contribution to maintaining and enhancing the quality and relevance of our customer database is equally crucial, ensuring it stays up-to-date and filled with valuable insights from your calls and conversations.

**Key responsibilities of a Telesales Executive:**


* Qualify prospects, locate the decision maker within the prospects organisation and update the relevant CRM data with the agreed call, contact and quality targets per day.
* Generate the agreed minimum of relevant and qualified meetings per day for the New Business team in line with targets communicated by the Line Manager (Telesales Team Leader), while being aware of constraints on salespeople's time and location, ensuring meetings are suitably arranged.
* Follow-up on DM activities and incoming prospect/lead sheets to generate appointments and sales.
* When required, source leads and pre-qualify.
* Represent the company in a professional and business-like manner, and support the account managers in the collation of campaign data for reporting purposes.

**Planning, reporting and management**


* Ensure the daily/weekly/monthly reporting is completed.
* Liaise with the sales personnel as required.
* Complete any reporting or review documentation.
* Identify and record any key market, customer, or competitor activity or intelligence.
