ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Ensure the provision of the highest possible standard of training for both engineering an administrative staff.
• Manage the training school and training team
• Oversee the development of training materials, sourcing information and validating 'best practice' methods and techniques.
• Draw up and implement training plans to ensure suitable accreditation for the Marshall Fleet Solutions mobile and depot-based engineering work-force.
• Source and manage a range of training providers assessing them for quality, value and impact.
• Recruit, develop, motivate and direct trainers and administration staff to deliver the objectives of the training function.

This Senior Design Manager will lead the delivery of effective design across this single large-scale project. What will the role look like?
