The role we are offering you:
As a people leader, the Training Manager- Air Traffic Services is responsible for the execution of all contracted training programs within a portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulations as required, and agreed arrangements with the customer. The Training Manager needs to be result oriented with proven abilities to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. Leading a team of air traffic service instructors, maintaining standardization and a professional decorum with strong communications skills are essential attributes. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, management, and peers. Are you ready to:
- As a people leader, create and promote an employee engagement culture
- Manages assigned training programs with customer satisfaction as a top priority.
- Ensures flawless execution of the training programs; achieve client throughput and revenue capture.
- Leading and managing a team of air traffic service instructors. Performing performance reviews, identification of development opportunities, managing training qualifications and currency for all team members to ensure maximum instructor availability
- Responsible for the planning and scheduling to deliver the assigned training programs on time.
- Define and ensure an adequate resource loading to fulfill contractual obligations.
- Liaise with the recruitment team to provide the needs.
- Communicate and promote policies, procedures and standards throughout the school
- Ensure that all training documentation, manuals and courseware are fit for purpose and meet the requirements of the business
- Monthly report on key performance indicators
- When required, performing regular progress/stage checks, end of course checks and other relevant training duties.

- Results oriented, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- An experienced aviation professional, having former aviation leadership or project management experience;
- Passionate about training and the development of the future aviation workforce;
- Readily accepting of new challenges – to adapt and to innovate;
- Continuously driven to improve processes and the customer experience;
- A clear communicator, with strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Computer proficient (MS Office & other internet based programs)
