About this role:
The Essex Services Manager will be responsible for running the High, Medium and Low Services and delivery of a first-class service in line with the support services offered. The post holder will work as a member of the Senior Management Team working closely with other Operational Managers, the Executive Team, Commissioners and External Strategic and Clinical Partners.

Main Duties:
• Work with the CEO, Head of Operations and Regional Manager in maintaining the high standards connected with strategic planning and development, supervision, delivery and administration of the service;

• Promote and develop good practice and best value for the service through leadership and act as a positive role model in relation to personal and professional conduct.

About this role:

I am seeking a Supported Living Manager to join an established adults care provider who support people with learning disabilities, complex needs and autism. This exciting opportunity will oversee Supported Living services based within the Colchester area of Essex. This is a great opportunity for an established Service Manager or Deputy Manager looking to progress!

The ideal candidate for this role will:
* Have experience of supporting adults with complex learning disabilities.
* Have experience of management, ideally within a Supported Living environment.
* Have an NVQ in Health & Social Care Level 5, or be prepared to work towards this.

Reporting to the Area Registered Manager, this is a full-time role 37.5hrs per week which will include 1 shift per week working on rota. For your hard work you will be rewarded with salary of around £32,000 per annum.
